Camera pans in on what appears to be someone.

He is looking for Professor Pyq and other members of The Circus Of The Strange. He is about to cause major chaos in Gotham.

Black Mask has gathered up a few men. He and Harley's plan was ready.

The camera goes into 1st person following a guard into Joker's cell.
He reaches for the syringe with the sedation drug. Joker grabs his hand.
He twists it. The guard drops the syringe. Joker picks it up and lunges it deep into his neck. He throws him into the bed and coves him up.

Joker makes his escape from Arkham Asylum. He is met by Batman.

Catwoman is lurking outside the warehouse. She spots The Joker & Harley Quinn. She tries to get away but Joker's guards capture her. They are beating down by Black Mask's Men. Its a big battle.

Black Mask is stretchered out. He rats out Harley Quinn & The Joker for trying to murder him. He is transferred to Gotham City Hospital.

The Flash breaks in to the hideaway he quickly grabs The Joker. He transports him to Arkham Asylum. He is once again sedated and in a special cell next to The Penguin. Harley has no clue he was transported there.
The Flash has cleaned up the streets of Gotham. Crime is down finally.

Ms. Li and Batman and The Flash go back and forth. She is tied up and turned over to the Gotham PD for questioning.

The Flash made capturing The Penguin and The Joker and others look easy.
